Using the Image Manipulation as a tool
I think in the majority of rhinoplasty’s image manipulation is really helpful; it’s great value is that it’s a tool for communication. I can show you, my patient, what I think is possible and you can decide whether that’s what you meant or not and you can talk me through what you would like and we can see what that would look like on the computer.
Side view
It is most helpful for the side view, it’s a very limited value for the front view because we can’t change shadows and highlights, which give the front view of the nose its shape, as the nose bounces light, but it’s great for the side view and for how much to tip projects and how high the bridge is.
The results of the Image Manipulation
I think it’s important that it is used carefully and wisely, I don’t want it to lead to unrealistic expectation and so I have a real responsibility to use it to show you what is possible; not the most perfect nose, because that might not be achievable for you and I think it has to be seen in that light, I think it’s also important that you remember it’s a guide not a guarantee as to what can be achieved, but I wouldn’t show something I didn’t think was possible so all in all I think it’s really helpful but it is not to be and end all.

A Rhinoplasty review
I have recently had revision rhinoplasty with Mr Julian Rowe-Jones and couldn’t be happier with the results. I felt totally at ease and had full confidence in his abilities before the procedure and the results turned out to be better than I had expected.
I feel a lot more confident and I feel as though I look like an improved version of myself and my breathing became clearer. I didn’t feel any pain during recovery and didn’t need any medication. The bruising was very minimal and quickly faded before my cast was taken off. Mr Julian Rowe-Jones is very skilled at what he does and always has the patient’s best interests at heart and does a marvellous job with a beautiful result. I highly recommend him and wish future patients as much success as me, God willing.
